* First Time Handler – a person who has not trained with OTCH within the past two years.
* Senior Citizens – 55 years of age or older.
* Handler – the person training the dog during class sessions.
* Owner – the person with legal title to the dog.
* Family Member – a spouse, child, parent, or other person living under the same roof.
* Household – the physical residence where a person lives.
